Fuel cell separator and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a fuel cell separator capable of greatly reducing the waste of the fuel cell separator when the fuel cell is discarded, and a method of manufacturing the fuel cell separator. SOLUTION: In a fuel cell separator containing a conductive component and a resin, a waste of a fuel cell separator containing a conductive component and a resin is pulverized into a powder, and a resin or the like is added to the powder. Since the powdery raw material is pressurized and heated in a mold and molded as a raw material, a fuel cell separator comparable to that made from a new raw material can be obtained. Further, it is possible to reduce the waste of the fuel cell separator and prevent the environment from deteriorating. When the step of firing the fuel cell separator waste at 500 to 3000 ° C. is added, the contained resin component can be carbonized or graphitized, and a raw material having a uniform conductive component can be used. |
