abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a method for efficiently producing a polymerized toner having less residual monomer and by-products while preventing bumping and foaming during distillation. SOLUTION: A colored polymer obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer composition containing at least a polymerizable monomer and a colorant in an aqueous medium using a polymerization initiator, and distilling the obtained reaction system. A method for producing a polymerized toner having particles, wherein a gas 10 selected from air or an inert gas is injected into a distillation apparatus that performs a distillation operation during a distillation operation. |
