titleOfInvention Tornado-type intake / blower
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To make uniform the velocity distribution of the blown airflow of a tornado type intake / blowing device, and to form a stable swirling vortex in the form of an air curtain. SOLUTION: The tornado-type intake / blower device of the present invention has an intake port 2a for swirling and sucking air in a predetermined local area in a tornado shape, and a blast air swirling space 4c provided so as to surround the intake port 2a. A swirl flow diverting plate 7 for dividing the air introduced into the blown air swirling space 4c into an inner and outer laminar flow; and the swirling air flowing through the blown air swirling space 4c through the intake port 2a. And an air outlet 3 which is turned obliquely downward from the outer periphery and blows out like an air curtain. As a result, the flow velocity distribution of the airflow blown out from the air outlet 3 can be made uniform over substantially the entire circumference, A more stable spiral swirling vortex can be formed, and the blowing and intake performance can be improved.
