abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide an undercoat cushioning material for coating film waterproofing work which does not cause blistering and is excellent in workability, and a waterproofing method using the same. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises at least a long-fiber non-woven fabric layer (A), a synthetic resin film layer (B), and a non-woven fabric layer (C). The laminate has a plurality of holes communicating all layers. And the porosity of the nonwoven fabric layer (C) around the holes is 90% And a porosity of the nonwoven fabric layer (C) other than around the pores is 90 to 98%, and an undercoat cushioning material for coating waterproofing work and a waterproofing method using the same as an undercoat material.
