Thermal transfer ribbon film |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base film of a transfer material for a thermal transfer printer which is excellent in workability such as slipperiness and slitting property, has good mechanical properties, and has excellent adhesiveness to a thermal transfer ink layer. SOLUTION: In a biaxially oriented polyester film containing polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate as a main component copolymerized with an isophthalic acid component at a specific ratio, a film melt has an AC volume resistivity of 6 × 10 8 Ωcm or less. Having a plane orientation coefficient of 0.230 to 0.275 and a film density of 1.350 g / cm 3 or more. |
