abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified composition containing a hydrophobic powder, which has good dispersibility of the powder, has good spreadability, has a fresh use feeling, and has excellent water resistance. An oil-in-water emulsified composition having good cosmetic durability is obtained. SOLUTION: In an oil-in-water emulsified composition containing a hydrophobic powder, as an emulsifier and a dispersant for the hydrophobic powder, a surfactant having an HLB value of less than 7 and a liquid at ordinary temperature, A surfactant which is liquid at room temperature and has an LB value of 7 or more is used in combination. By using an ether-modified silicone type nonionic surfactant and an ester type nonionic surfactant as the surfactant, a more stable emulsion composition can be obtained, which is preferable. |
