abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair restorer which is produced at low cost from natural plants as a raw material, is excellent in safety, has an excellent hair-growth effect while relieving dandruff, itch and the like, and has an excellent moisture-retaining effect on the skin. And a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The hair restorer and the cosmetic material of the present invention perform extraction under boiling by adding water as an extraction solvent to rice straw as a raw material, heating the extract, and then stopping the fire to reduce the temperature of the extract. Activated carbon is added to the extract at the time of the drop, and the mixture is characterized by containing a straw extract obtained by allowing it to stand at room temperature overnight after stirring well and filtering the mixture with filter paper. According to the hair restorer and the cosmetic material of the present invention, by including a straw extract, which is a natural raw material, the hair restorer and the cosmetic material are manufactured at lower cost than the conventional hair restorer or the cosmetic material mainly composed of an artificially synthesized product, and the safety is improved. In addition, it has an excellent hair-growth effect and a moisture-retaining effect on the skin while alleviating dandruff and itching.
