titleOfInvention Granules containing dietary fiber and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a granule containing a dietary fiber capable of extruding and granulating a composition having a high content of a dietary fiber in which the amount of an organic solvent used can be reduced, and to obtain a granule containing the same when ingesting. Provided is a granule containing dietary fiber that does not cause an unpleasant texture. SOLUTION: (a) A dietary fiber-containing raw material mainly containing plantago-obata powder is impregnated with an oily binder containing an oily raw material mainly containing (b) glycerin fatty acid ester, (c) Dietary fiber-containing granules produced by extruding and granulating the composition after adding an aqueous binder having a solid content adjusted to at least 30% by weight.
