titleOfInvention | Anisotropic conductive sheet and method for producing the same |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet capable of preventing or suppressing generation of static electricity on the surface and electrification, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet of the present invention is an anisotropic conductive sheet exhibiting conductivity in a thickness direction, and has a semiconductive portion exhibiting semiconductivity in a surface direction. In addition, the semiconductor device includes a plurality of conductive portions extending in a thickness direction and a semiconductive portion formed to surround each of the conductive portions and exhibit semiconductivity in a plane direction. The semiconductor device also includes a plurality of conductive portions extending in the thickness direction, an insulating portion formed to surround these conductive portions, and a semiconductive portion formed to surround the insulating portions and exhibit semiconductivity in the plane direction. It is characterized by becoming. Further, the invention is characterized in that the conductive particles are contained in a sheet substrate exhibiting semi-conductivity in the plane direction in a state of being oriented so as to be arranged in the thickness direction. |
