abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a scratch-resistant durable coating film and a novel surfactant photoinitiator. A method for preparing a coating film having a scratch-resistant durable surface, comprising: (I) a photocurable composition comprising (A) an ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable compound and (B) a photoinitiator. Preparing; (II) applying the formulation to a support; and (II) I) Either curing the composition by irradiation with electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength of 200 to 600 nm only, or curing by irradiation with electromagnetic radiation having a wavelength of 200 to 600 nm and heating before, simultaneously and / or subsequently. The method wherein the composition comprises at least one surfactant photoinitiator aggregated on the surface of the composition as the photoinitiator (B). |
