(57) [Problem] To provide a method for diagnosing biliary tract cancer by detecting a specific structural change of chromosome in biliary tract cancer. SOLUTION: The chromosome of the biliary tract cancer cell is clarified to have DNA amplification or deletion at a specific site, and then the chromosome site specific to biliary tract cancer is amplified or deleted. A method for diagnosing biliary tract cancer by detection was provided. |
