titleOfInvention Millimeter wave absorber
abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a matched millimeter-wave electromagnetic wave absorber which is less affected by performance degradation due to an adhesive and which does not impair durability even when used outdoors. SOLUTION: An absorbent layer 1 is formed by dispersing and mixing a liquid epoxy-modified urethane rubber with a smaller amount than a conventional carbon black powder before molding, and an adhesive layer 3 is used. In order to avoid the influence of the above, a sufficiently thick absorbing layer 1 is attached to a reflecting layer 2 made of a metal plate or the like. The specific compounding content is as follows: 100 parts by weight of epoxy-modified urethane rubber, 1 part by weight of carbon black, on a reflective layer 2 made of a thermosetting resin plate reinforced with carbon fibers or a metal plate such as aluminum or stainless steel. An uncured resin having a thickness of not less than 1.0 mm and not more than 3.0 mm in which not less than 3 parts by weight is mixed and dispersed is integrally molded and cured via an adhesive 3 to constitute a single-layer millimeter wave electromagnetic wave absorber. is there.
