titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic material |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having high sensitivity, low fog, high contrast, and less occurrence of fog with the passage of time. A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material containing a compound represented by the following general formula (1). General formula (1) {L 1 -Au (I) -SR 1 } Xn In general formula (1), L 1 reacts with silver halide to form silver sulfide, silver selenide, or silver telluride. It is a compound containing at least one unstable sulfur group, unstable selenium group, or unstable tellurium group that can be formed, and R 1 represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group. L 1 and R 1 may be linked. X represents a counter salt required to neutralize the charge of the gold complex, and n represents 0 ~ 1. |
