The solution from the reaction vessel is taken in through a recovery pipe 206, and the fluorine 18 in the solution is removed by the anion exchange membrane 204. And the tritium ions in the solution are separated using the hydrogen ion permeable membrane 205. At this time, the solution contains unreacted lithium 6. The solution in the separation device 201 is returned to the reaction vessel via the return pipe 212 and recirculated.
