titleOfInvention Foam layer coated copper tube and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed layer-coated copper material pipe formed by sequentially laminating a foamed polyethylene layer and a non-foamed resin layer as a skin on the outer peripheral surface of the copper material pipe. A technique capable of effectively suppressing or avoiding the occurrence of corrosion and black discoloration. SOLUTION: A foamed polyethylene layer 16 in a foamed layer-covered copper tube 10 is made of a low-density polyethylene as a base resin and 4,4'-oxybis (benzenesulfonylhydrazide) as a chemical foaming agent. It was formed on the outer peripheral surface 14.
