abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a microchemical device having a small and simple structure and having a flow path opening / closing mechanism and a flow rate adjusting mechanism. SOLUTION: A capillary channel and a specific shape in the middle of the channel are provided between two members at least one of which is a member having a specific range of thickness and made of a soft material having a specific range of tensile modulus. The opening and closing of the flow path and the adjustment of the flow rate are performed by providing a mechanism for pressing the space from outside the member. In addition, a convex structure is provided on the outer surface of the member facing the gap. |
