titleOfInvention | Alkaline laccase and production method thereof |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline laccase having an optimum pH on the alkaline side and having extremely high stability on the alkaline side, an inexpensive and large-scale production method thereof, and a microorganism producing the same. SOLUTION: The following characteristics: (1) molecular weight: about 62,0 00; (2) optimal pH: about 9.0; and (3) substrate specificity: strongly catalyzes the oxidative decolorization of Reactive Blue 2, Acid Blue 80, or Direct Blue 53; oxidative polymerization of lignin Alkaline laccase having strong catalysis of the reaction; or strongly catalyzing the color reaction by oxidative coupling of catechol, guaiacol, hydrocaffeic acid or 2,6-dimethoxyphenol with 4-aminoantipyrine. A method comprising the steps of culturing a filamentous fungus that produces the alkaline laccase, and separating and purifying the alkaline laccase from the culture. A filamentous fungus producing this alkaline laccase. |
