(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide excellent moisturizing and humidity controlling effects, to have a moist and smooth feeling of use, to have excellent moisturizing effects, to be cheap, to have high safety, to make the skin sound and to improve it. An object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic having an action.
