PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rich gloss to hair, excellent set holding power, and to have a smooth feel and excellent combability when wet and dry, and to be applied to the palm of the hand. Provided is a hair setting composition having less sticky hands. SOLUTION: It is selected from (A) a copolymer having specific vinyl alcohol units and vinylamine units, and (B) diester oil, triester oil, tetraester oil, full ester oil and sesquiester oil which are liquid at ordinary temperature. An ester oil and (C) an inorganic or organic acid are blended, The pH of the entire composition is between 5 and 9. |
