abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a steam generator for tea making that improves the flavor of tea and requires less maintenance. [Structure] A boiler with a built-in activated water generator, containing a porous structure sintered crystal body 5c such as charcoal and ceramic, the container of which is configured to be detachable from the outside of the boiler. The active steam generator has a space in which a plurality of containers 10 for accommodating the porous structure sintered crystals 10a to 10c such as charcoal and ceramic for taking in steam from the boiler and activating the steam are provided. It is configured such that steam passes therethrough, and the mixing ratio of steam emitted from the active steam generator 9 and steam emitted from the boiler can be changed.
