Method for producing biopolymer array and production apparatus used |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide a production method capable of maintaining a low potential reactivity of a biomonomer when producing a biopolymer array using an activated biomonomer, and to provide a production apparatus therefor. A biomonomer having a first binding group that can be activated to be bound to a substrate binding component is provided. (A) On a region (16) of the substrate comprising the substrate binding component, Forming a solid activator composition, and (b) depositing a fluid composition comprising the biomonomer on the region, wherein the solid activator composition activates the first binding group to bind the biomonomer to the substrate. The biopolymer is formed by binding to the components and repeating steps (c), (a) and (b). The manufacturing apparatus is configured to derive a target drive pattern for operating the deposition system from the array pattern to deposit the fluid composition comprising the biomonomer in an array in units of regions (16). |
