abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable ball screw in which an oil film hardly breaks on a friction surface and a ball surface is hardly damaged, for example, a ball screw used for a driving device of an injection molding machine or a drive of an electric press machine. It is a ball screw used for the device. SOLUTION: Screw grooves 1a, 2a are respectively formed on an outer diameter surface of a screw shaft 1 and an inner diameter surface of a nut 2, and a spiral path 3 formed when both screw grooves are opposed to each other and both ends of the spiral path 3 are formed. A plurality of balls 4 are held so as to roll freely in a circulation path formed of a communication path for connecting the nut 2 and the screw shaft 1 via the balls 4 in the spiral path 3. And a ball screw A for lubricating its circulation path with lubricating grease. A lubricating grease containing one or more extreme pressure agents selected from system extreme pressure agents is used. |
