titleOfInvention | Rust stabilizing agent, rust stabilizing method, and rust stabilizing steel for steel |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To prevent the penetration of corrosive anions such as flying salt and to efficiently form stable rust, and to prevent flow rust efficiently, thereby significantly improving the appearance after treatment. In addition, in the process of forming stable rust under the film, the rust stabilization of the steel material has been remarkably improved after the treatment until it is replaced by stable rust by making it less likely to cause blistering and peeling of the film. Provided are a rust-stabilizing agent, a rust stabilization method, and a rust-stabilized steel material. SOLUTION: A rust stabilizing agent for steel, comprising the components (a) and (b). However, (a) a resin composition in which a compound having an anionic functional group is blended with a base resin, and (b) a salt comprising an anion having a trapping and depositing action for iron ions and a counter cation. The rust stabilizing agent is applied to the surface of a steel material and dried. |
