abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a circuit board which has a wiring portion of a fine pattern with a small separation distance between wiring paths and obtains required insulation between the wiring paths, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The circuit board according to the present invention has an insulating substrate and a wiring portion formed on one surface of the insulating substrate. The metal thin layer for the wiring portion is formed by being transferred to a functional substrate, and is formed by plating a thin layer carrier through a patterned resist layer, and the resist layer is made of (A) an alkali-soluble novolak. Resin and (B) a structural unit derived from a radical polymerizable compound having an alcoholic hydroxyl group and a structural unit derived from a radical polymerizable compound having a carboxyl group and / or a polymerizable compound having a phenolic hydroxyl group. It is obtained from a radiation-sensitive resin composition containing a polymer resin. |
