abstract | (57) [Summary] When supplying water to a photothermographic material, it is possible to prevent water contamination, to form an image with less unevenness, and to form an image excellent in photographic properties. A light-sensitive material containing at least a light-sensitive silver halide emulsion, a hydrophilic binder, and a basic metal compound poorly soluble in water is exposed on a support, and water is supplied to the exposed surface. In a method of obtaining an image by superimposing an image on a sheet containing a complex-forming compound for a metal ion constituting a reactive metal compound, gelatin is used in at least one of the steps of producing the light-sensitive material, and at least one of these is used. Use gelatin having a molecular weight of 20,000 or less and less than 10 wt%. |
