abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic tin maleate ester salt or an organic tin maleate salt widely used as a heat stabilizer for chlorine-containing resins, because the hot water whitening resistance is extremely poor. It has been desired to develop an organic tin maleate salt excellent in water resistance. SOLUTION: By adding a specific amount of a specific organic tin maleate salt to a chlorine-containing resin, a chlorine-containing resin composition having remarkably excellent hot water whitening resistance can be obtained.
