abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a printing method for a can cylinder by an offset method, which is excellent in the transferability of a brilliant ink, the brilliant feeling of printing, and the image reproducibility. SOLUTION: A glitter ink containing a glitter pigment having an average particle diameter of at least one selected from the group consisting of aluminum flakes and fine particle-coated pearl pigments in the range of 5 to 25 μm is picked up by an engraving roll and picked up. A method for printing on a can body, wherein the ink is supplied to the plate directly or via a rubber roll, and the ink on the plate is applied to the can body via a blanket wheel.
