titleOfInvention Thermogravimetric-mass spectrometer
abstract (57) Abstract: Provided is a thermogravimetric-mass spectrometer capable of measuring a mass spectrum without any trouble even if an excessive amount of gas is generated in a thermobalance. A thermobalance for heating a sample, a mass spectrometer for mass-analyzing a gas generated from the sample by heating with the thermobalance, a gas flow path connecting the thermobalance and the mass spectrometer, Provided gas concentration control means, an external control mechanism for monitoring the gas concentration and automatically driving the gas concentration control means, and controlling the rate of change of the signal intensity of the mass spectrum based on the rate of change of the gas concentration. A means for calculating and a means for automatically correcting the signal intensity of the mass spectrum based on the calculation result are provided.
