titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of toner |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a pigment-containing toner having a small particle size and a substantially spherical shape, which can provide a high-quality image. SOLUTION: (1) It contains at least a solvent, a polymerizable monomer soluble in the solvent and a polymer thereof is insoluble, a polymer compound soluble in the solvent, and a pigment. Forming a polymerization reaction system having a pigment dispersity (ψ) in the range of 1.0 to 1.1; and (2) adjusting the amount of dissolved oxygen in the polymerization reaction system to 0 to 2.0 mg / liter. And (3) polymerizing the polymerizable monomer in the polymerization reaction system. |
