abstract |
(57) Abstract: An adamantane polyol having at least three hydroxyl groups is efficiently separated from an adamantanol having at least one hydroxyl group in a molecule. SOLUTION: From adamantanol having at least one hydroxyl group in a molecule, adamantanediols and adamantanepolyols are separated into an aqueous phase with water and an organic solvent, and the aqueous phase has 4 to 8 carbon atoms. Using alcohol, adamantanediols are separated into an alcohol phase and adamantanepolyols are separated into an aqueous phase. |
