PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which is excellent in sensitivity, fine wire adhesion, resist stripping property and sandblast resistance and is useful for dry film resist. SOLUTION: A urethane acrylic compound (A) obtained by a reaction between a carboxyl group-containing diol and a polyisocyanate and having an acrylic group at an end, having an acid value of 50 to 250. A photosensitive resin composition comprising a mgKOH / g carboxyl group-containing binder polymer (B) and a photopolymerization initiator (C). |
