abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a pretreatment method for simply and accurately measuring a protein-bound glycated protein in a living body. SOLUTION: As a simple and rapid pretreatment method, a proteolytic enzyme such as pronase and proteinase K is used, and an enzymatic reaction is carried out at a relatively high temperature (about 55 ° C.) to shorten the reaction time and to carry out enzyme immunoassay. Invented was a pretreatment reagent that deactivates residual enzyme activity that may damage antibodies and antigens by boiling in boiling water for 10 minutes or more. In this method, the time required for the proteolytic reaction and the inactivation of the enzyme is within 2 hours, and the sample pretreated by a short and simple method can be accurately analyzed by the enzyme immunoassay. |
