(57) [Problem] To provide a method and a reagent for accurately measuring lipoprotein cholesterol in a sample containing lipoprotein such as serum or plasma. A cholesterol measurement method for quantifying a compound consumed or generated in an enzymatic reaction by allowing a cholesterol esterase and a cholesterol oxidase or a cholesterol dehydrogenase to act on a sample containing a lipoprotein. A method and a reagent for measuring lipoprotein cholesterol, comprising reacting cholesterol in the presence of a polymer compound. |
