(57) Abstract: Provided is a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition having excellent flame retardancy, good mechanical properties and electrical insulation, and suitable for use as an insulating material for electric wires and cables. An inorganic metal-based flame retardant of from 45 parts by weight to 250 parts by weight and a molybdenum-treated inorganic material-based flame retardant of 5 parts by weight or more based on 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin mixture containing 40% by weight or more of ethylene-propylene rubber. A non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition containing 100 parts by weight or less. An insulating layer was formed using this non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition, and the insulation resistance at 25 ° C. was 300 MΩ. -Flame-retardant electric wires and cables over km. |
