titleOfInvention (Per) fluorinated amorphous polymer membrane
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a (per) fluorinated amorphous polymer film which has improved porosity and can be obtained by an inexpensive treatment. SOLUTION: The porosity measured by an atomic force microscope is 5 ~ 500 nm, preferably 20-100 nm, with a narrow average pore size distribution, with about 80-90% of the pores having a size ranging from -5 nm to +5 nm of the maximum distribution peak. A porous membrane of a (per) fluorinated amorphous polymer is provided.
