(57) [Summary] (with revision) [Problem] The existing treatment methods adopted for the treatment of pruritus include: Use of corticosteroids and antihistamines. Moreover, both of these treatments are known to have undesirable side effects. The formula (I) (Wherein, Het 1 represents a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring containing at least one atom selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, and R 1 and R 2 each independently represent H Or C 1 -C 4 alkyl; R 3 represents aryl, C 1 -C 10 alkyl, C 3 -C 10 alkenyl or C 3 -C 10 alkynyl and the like; X is H, Halo, C 1 -C 4 alkyl or C 1 -C 4 alkoxy (the latter two groups are optionally substituted by one or more halo atoms); n is 0, 1 or 2 Compound. The compound is useful for the prevention and treatment of diseases mediated by opiate receptors such as pruritus. |
