abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a printed wiring board having a hole diameter of 25 to 200 μm, in which all layers are connected by through-hole conductors. SOLUTION: A resin layer containing 3 to 97 vol% of a metal compound powder, a carbon powder, or a metal powder or a resin thereof is coated on a copper foil of a copper-clad multilayer board having at least three copper layers. Glued together, preferably 20 ~ 60mJ / pulse, and then directly irradiate a high output carbon dioxide laser selected from the pulse to process and remove the outer layer and inner layer copper foil to form through holes. Is removed with an etchant to form a printed wiring board using a copper-clad multilayer board obtained mainly by forming a through hole of 80 to 180 μm. [Effect] A high-density printed wiring board can be easily formed, and the obtained printed wiring board has excellent through-hole connection reliability.
