titleOfInvention Nickel-hydrogen secondary battery
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a nickel-hydrogen secondary battery capable of discharging a large current at least five times the hourly rate. SOLUTION: A positive electrode in which a positive electrode mixture mainly composed of a nickel compound is supported on a current collector sheet and a negative electrode in which a negative electrode mixture mainly composed of a hydrogen storage alloy is supported on a current collector sheet are separated by a separator. An electrode group having a structure formed by alternately laminating or winding through is accommodated together with an electrolytic solution in a battery can, an opening of the battery can is sealed with a sealing plate having a positive electrode terminal, and at least a negative electrode is provided. Is a nickel-hydrogen secondary battery in which the end portion of the current collector sheet is electrically connected to the battery can through a current collector plate disposed by welding to the current collector sheet. A nickel-hydrogen secondary battery in which a portion 1A is provided with a region having a lower resistance than other portions 1A '.
