titleOfInvention | Charge control agent and toner for developing electrostatic images |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent uniform dispersion of a charge control substance in a toner resin, a sharp charge amount distribution, a high uniformity, a fast rise of charge, a stability over time of charge, and a non-environmental effect. It has excellent dependency, storage stability and durability, and does not adversely affect the fixability and offset characteristics of the toner even when used in toners of various compositions. SOLUTION: At least one selected from the group consisting of an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a natural water-soluble polymer compound, and a synthetic water-soluble polymer compound, and an aromatic oxycarboxylic acid as a ligand. A charge controlling agent containing a metal compound, and a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image, comprising the charge controlling agent, a colorant and a resin. |
