titleOfInvention | Resin composition for preventing chlorinated product and method for preventing chlorinated product using the composition |
abstract | (57) [Problem] A chlorine-based polymer such as polyvinyl chloride or vinylidene chloride is widely used as a raw material for various products such as packaging containers, decorative sheets, and wrap films. When incineration is carried out when disposing of a product made of such a material, there is a risk that toxic chlorinated substances such as dioxins are generated. Conventionally, plant-based polymers and iron oxides in chlorine-based polymers, Attempts have been made to prevent the formation of chlorinated substances during incineration by adding calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, etc., but when iron oxide is included, the chlorine-based polymer is colored brown and the product value is high. And the addition of calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide could not effectively prevent the generation of chlorinated products. SOLUTION: The present invention prevents the generation of chlorinated substances obtained by adding a reducing agent or a reducing agent and an aluminum compound to a resin base material selected from a polyethylene-based resin, a polypropylene-based resin, a polystyrene-based resin, and a polyester-based resin. By incineration of garbage with the composition of the present invention, chlorinated products such as dioxins which may be generated when garbage containing chlorine-based polymer is incinerated are effective. Is prevented. |
