titleOfInvention Method for producing composite cured body
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a production method for mass-producing a composite cured product obtained by curing papermaking sludge. SOLUTION: After suction and dewatering, a raw material 14 including papermaking sludge is dewatered and dried by being pressed by a roller 28 while being conveyed by a conveyor 22 in a state of a water content of 20 to 60% by weight. Since the pressing is performed in a water-containing state, the fibers and the inorganic sol are easy to move, and it is difficult for the stress to remain after drying and curing, so that the occurrence of warpage and cracks can be prevented. In addition, since it is in a water-containing state, the curing reaction does not proceed, and the occurrence of cracks can be prevented. For this reason, it becomes possible to mass-produce the composite cured body.
