(57) [Summary]nA hexamer fusion protein containing a dimer binding protein obtained using a tail derived from an IgA antibody is described. The fusion proteins are useful in therapeutics and vaccines, but are particularly suited for applications where the derived binding protein is unsatisfactory due to the low binding affinity, or where multivalency is desired. These uses include diagnostics, binding assays and screening assays. |
