(57) [Summary]nThe present invention provides a) isolating a mutanase-encoding DNA from a filamentous fungus; b) introducing a kex2 site or a kex2-like region between the mutanase pro-peptide and the DNA encoding the mature region; ). A method for constructing an expression vector containing a mutanase gene obtained from a filamentous fungus suitable for heterologous production, comprising a step of cloning the DNA sequence obtained in the above) into a suitable expression vector. The present invention relates to a recombinant expression vector containing a mutanase gene sequence, a kex2 cleavage site between a DNA sequence encoding a propeptide and a region encoding a mature mutanase, a filamentous fungal host cell, a method for producing a recombinant mutanase, and a combination thereof. It also relates to replacement mutanase. It is also an object of the present invention to provide compositions useful in oral care products for humans and animals. |
