titleOfInvention | Electroluminescent device and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] The present invention relates to the manufacture of an electroluminescent device based on a so-called planar electrode structure (8a, 8b), and the luminance power can be greatly increased by being modified based on the present invention. . Special multi-layer technology is used to enhance the electric field, that is, to increase the brightness. The electric field can be further enhanced by films having a high dielectric constant. Preferably, a normal printed circuit board is used as the support substrate, so that the manufacturing process of the electroluminescent device can be directly incorporated into the manufacturing process of the printed circuit board. Another advantage of the present invention is that a printed circuit board provided with an optical element according to the present invention can be soldered by a conventional soldering process. |
