abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a novel assay device for detecting oxalic acid in a sample. The assay device includes an enzyme composition and a dye composition immobilized on a solid carrier matrix. The invention can also be used to determine the concentration of oxalic acid in a sample. The invention further relates to a novel oxalate oxidase composition and a method for preparing the enzyme composition. The oxalate oxidase composition can be used in the assay device of the present invention. |
