(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to a multilayer composite consisting of a thermoplastic layer and a natural fiber layer bonded by a thermoplastic. The composite comprises at least one reinforcing insert consisting of an open-celled fabric formed of melting fibers, permeated from one or both sides by the melting plastic of an adjacent natural fiber layer and bonded as a reinforcement within the layer.
