abstract | (57) [Summary]nMethods for measuring the accumulation of higher sugar end products (AGEs) and reducing the accumulation of higher sugar end products are disclosed, wherein AGE and its precursor glycotoxin are converted to tobacco and its by-products It is based on the discovery of being inside. Methods of assessing tobacco products to determine their storage status and ability and potential to respond to sensory stimuli, methods of treating ambient air to reduce AGE levels, treating tobacco products and combustion by-products to reduce the A method for reducing the level is also disclosed. For example, air or other samples may be taken with a meter or such device and evaluated to determine if AGE levels are above normal, and then ambient conditions may be modified.
