titleOfInvention | Analytical method using porous silicon for grasping substance concentration in substance or solution and analytical apparatus for such method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] In one analysis method, porous silicon is used to determine the optics of porous silicon depending on the refractive index of a substance existing in the pore space of the porous silicon or a fluid containing the substance. The concentration of the substance or its concentration in the fluid is detected or measured based on the change in the characteristic. An analytical device for detecting a substance using porous silicon or measuring the concentration of a substance in a fluid is a porous material whose optical properties depend on the refractive index of the substance or the fluid containing the substance. It includes components that are at least partially prepared from silicon, and changes in the optical properties of the porous silicon can be detected as a detection of the substance or a measurement of the concentration of the substance in the pore space of the porous silicon. |
