SUMMARY A unique article can include a resiliently stretchable side panel having a longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension. A hook material member is operably connected to the first laterally outer edge portion of the side panel, and each hook material member includes a hook base layer having a designated fastening area and a designated grip area. Includes The fastening region has a plurality of hook elements formed integrally with the base layer and extending away from the base surface of the hook base layer.
