titleOfInvention How to get oryzanol
abstract (57) [Summary]nMethod for obtaining an oryzanol concentrate from the oryzanol-containing fatty substance, which is preferably a crude oil, by steps (A), (B) and (C): (A) method step (A1) removal of the phospholipids present and ( A2) at least one of the removal of free fatty acids, preferably by using stripping; (B) alkaline neutralization of the resulting product; (C) separation and removal of the resulting oil phase. Separation into an aqueous phase and an oil phase by addition of an acid to a pH below 5, preferably below pH 3, followed by removal of non-fatty substances such as water, alkali hydroxides and acids used from the oil phase. Is preferably also performed.
